Our Programs & Classes
Students and enthusiasts of Taekwondo have many reasons for their interest in this and other martial art styles. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives. While still others are concerned about safety and self-defense.

Adults
Adult program using the Art of Taekwondo, specializing in fitness, style and beauty of the arts,focus on personal development, accenting use of defensive moves and physical awareness. Competitive and progressive programs adjust to individual goals. |
Kids 7-12
Black Belt oriented program for elementary/middle school age students. 2 hours a day training in forms, competition sparring, self defense,and fitness, using the self discipline to build mental acuity, moral strength, and emotional stability. |
KINDER KICKERS
Class for 4 to 5 year old martial artists, offering the experience of martial arts technique and class training without performance goal requirements. Kinder kickers are scheduled on an individual basis- parent participation is expected. |
Private Classes
Master Sue can arrange private training classes at $35 per class or packages can be bought. Call for scheduling. Group classes can be arranged for more than one student for $20 per class. Call to schedule. |
Teens/Leaders
This class is reserved for middle school and high school students who must get up early for academic school. One hour before the younger students start rank classes. Teens are welcome to stay and continue training during rank classes. Teens are welcome to come to Adult classes later in the evening. |
